Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private educational institution offering career-focused education and holistic support to students from pre-K through 12th grade coming from underprivileged backgrounds. Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, the school provides housing, meals, and comprehensive resources for both students and staff to thrive. MHS is currently seeking married couples to join as flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes to provide guidance and support to a small group of students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity and ability to serve as a role model for students; valid driver’s license and willingness to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (without proselytizing)
