Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, especially from underserved backgrounds; married couples with at least two years of legal marriage; both spouses aged 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; no more than three dependent children in the student home; adhere to campus rules including no alcohol on duty, smoke-free and weapon-free environment; must complete individual employment applications for both spouses; high level of integrity required as staff serve as role models for students.
