Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school in Hershey, PA, is seeking Youth Development Specialists to serve as flex houseparents. The school offers a unique educational setting for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, providing housing, meals, and comprehensive support.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; this is a two-person job for legally married couples with a minimum of two years of marriage and both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus rules including a smoke-free and weapon-free environment; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and chapel services; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate integrity as role models for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
