Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School is a renowned private school in Hershey, PA, providing exceptional education and support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Married couples are sought to serve as Flex Houseparents, creating a family-like environment for groups of students on campus.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; both spouses age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Sunday chapel services; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity as role models for students
