Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a prestigious private school offering career-focused education and full support to students from pre-K through 12th grade from underprivileged backgrounds. The school, established in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, provides students and staff with all the resources necessary for success.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; job is for legally married couples with at least two years of marriage, both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus with limitations on pets; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (no proselytizing); high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity as staff are role models for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications
