Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from underserved settings; Married couples legally married for at least two years; Both spouses aged 27 or older; Limit of three dependent children in the student home; Smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy, no alcohol while on duty; Limited pets policy including fish and one approved dog breed; Valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; Comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; High school diploma or GED; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; Demonstrated high integrity as role models for students; Both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
