Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school established in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents, providing guidance and care for 8-12 students in a nurturing family-like environment on campus.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; Legal marriage for at least two years; Both spouses age 27 or older; High school diploma or GED required; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students; Comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Sunday chapel services; Valid driver’s license; Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
