Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to join as Flex Houseparents. Flex Houseparents provide guidance and support to groups of students from disadvantaged backgrounds, creating a nurturing family-like environment on campus.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legal marriage for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Sunday chapel services; complete individual employment applications
