Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples who have been legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus regulations on pets, smoking, alcohol, and weapons
