Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Youth Development Specialists in Hershey, PA. Couples will act as flex houseparents, providing support and guidance to students from disadvantaged backgrounds in a nurturing environment on campus.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses 27 years or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and chapel services; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus regulations regarding smoking, weapons, and alcohol; limitations on pets; both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
