Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; two years of legal marriage required for couples; both spouses aged 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license and certification to drive student home vans; comfort leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy adherence; no alcohol while on duty; restrictions on pets with only fish and one approved dog breed allowed; high degree of integrity and role model behavior expected; completion of individual employment application by both spouses
