Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents. This unique role involves providing a nurturing environment and family-like structure for students from disadvantaged backgrounds in on-campus homes.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home; abide by campus rules including no smoking, weapons, or alcohol on duty; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and chapel services; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; complete individual employment application
