Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents. The school provides a comprehensive education and support system for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, covering all costs including housing and meals.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; legal marriage for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity; completion of individual employment applications by both spouses
