Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

The Youth Development Specialist role involves married couples as flex houseparents, creating a nurturing environment for students and impacting their lives positively.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years and both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
