Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Youth Development Specialists, also known as Flex Houseparents. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity and commitment to being a positive role model for students
