Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses aged 27 or older; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Sunday chapel services; abide by campus rules including smoke-free and weapon-free policy; no more than three dependent children in student home; limitations on pets, only fish and one approved dog breed allowed.
