Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School is a renowned private school providing career-focused education from pre-K through 12th grade for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. The school offers housing, meals, and covers all costs, thanks to the generosity of its founders, Milton and Catherine Hershey. Currently, the school is seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents on campus, offering guidance and support to students in a family-like environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
