Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents, providing guidance and support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. The school offers a career-focused education, covering all costs, including housing and meals, for students from pre-K through 12th grade.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be age 27 or older; abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; valid driver’s license; high school diploma or GED required; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
