Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution in Hershey, PA, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents, providing guidance and support to a small group of students in a family-like environment.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be 27 or older; limit of three dependent children in the student home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol permitted while on duty; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian services; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstration of high integrity as role models for students; both spouses must submit individual employment applications.
