Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

The Youth Development Specialist role involves married couples serving as flex houseparents, creating a nurturing environment for groups of 8-12 students on campus.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; This is a two-person job for legally married couples with at least two years of marriage; Both spouses should be 27 years or older; High school diploma or GED required; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; Valid driver’s license; Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Sunday chapel services; Demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students
