Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; married couples legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; possess a valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Sunday chapel services; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as a role model for students; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
