Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, especially in under-served settings; couples applying must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be 27 years or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to become certified to drive student home vans; demonstrate high integrity and serve as positive role models for students; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; no more than three dependent children allowed in the student home; adhere to a smoke-free, weapon-free, and alcohol-free campus; limited pets with only fish and one approved breed dog allowed.
