Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, providing guidance and a family-like environment for students in pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds. The school covers all costs, including housing and meals, to ensure students and staff thrive in a nurturing environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home; valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students
