Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

This unique role involves providing guidance, nurturing, and a family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, ensuring their well-being and development within the school’s fully endowed campus.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students
