Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Youth Development Specialists. Couples will live on-campus and provide guidance and support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds, offering a family-like environment, administering medication, and managing household budgets.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; two years of legal marriage for couples; both spouses age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity and role model behavior; completion of individual employment applications by both spouses.
