Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; this is a two-person job for legally married couples with at least two years of marriage, both spouses should be age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home; abide by campus regulations including a smoke-free and weapon-free environment, no alcohol while on duty; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to religious services; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstration of high integrity as role models for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
