Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents. This unique role involves providing guidance and a family-like environment for 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds, residing on campus and attending to their daily needs.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must have been legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity as role models for students
