Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking dedicated married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents. This unique opportunity involves guiding and nurturing students in a family-like environment on campus, providing a supportive home structure, and ensuring the well-being of students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must have been legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license and certification to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Sunday chapel services; smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy compliance; no more than three dependent children in the student home
