Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution, is seeking Youth Development Specialists to serve as flex houseparents for disadvantaged youth, providing a supportive environment and managing household responsibilities. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; valid driver’s license; no more than three dependent children in the student home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; completion of individual employment applications by both spouses
