Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School is a renowned private educational institution offering career-focused education and housing to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. The Youth Development Specialist position involves married couples serving as flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing groups of students in a supportive educational setting.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; both spouses legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus regulations including no alcohol on duty; limitations on pets; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; both spouses required to complete individual employment application.
