Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to join as Flex Houseparents. This unique role involves guiding and nurturing disadvantaged students in a family-like environment, providing essential support for student homes.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; this is a two-person job for legally married couples with both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home; must have a high school diploma or GED; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students.
