Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private institution founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents. In this unique role, houseparents create a family-like environment and provide support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds, offering guidance on various aspects such as transportation, medication administration, and budgeting.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; Couples must be legally married for at least two years; Both spouses should be age 27 or older; High school diploma or GED required; Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
