Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School is a renowned private educational institution offering a career-focused education to students from pre-K through 12th grade, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds. The school provides housing, meals, and all educational expenses, thanks to its full endowment by Milton and Catherine Hershey in 1909.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; must be age 27 or older and legally married for at least two years; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions; both spouses must complete an individual employment application; abide by campus regulations on pets, smoking, weapons, and alcohol; no more than three dependent children in the student home
