Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution established in 1909, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents, providing guidance and nurturing to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. The couples create a family-like environment and handle various responsibilities related to student care on campus.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; able to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity as role models for students; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
