Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

The Youth Development Specialist position at Milton Hershey School seeks married couples to become flex houseparents, offering a supportive family-like environment and guidance for a group of 8-12 students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; this is a two-person job for legally married couples with at least two years of marriage and both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; comply with campus regulations including smoke-free, weapon-free, and no alcohol on duty; limitations on pets allowed; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; comfort leading students in daily devotions and chapel services; high school diploma or GED; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity as role models for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications
