Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, particularly in under-served settings; married couples legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; no alcohol permitted while on duty; must adhere to smoke-free and weapon-free campus policies; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; demonstrate integrity and serve as a role model for students
