Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from underserved settings; this is a two-person job for legally married couples with at least two years of marriage, both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus regulations including being smoke-free, weapon-free, and alcohol-free while on duty; limited pets policy allowing only fish and one approved breed of dog; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high integrity and role model qualities; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
