Position: YCBA Facilities Manager
About: Yale Center for British Art – Operations is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee conditions monitoring and maintenance of the museum’s five active sites and facilities project management. This role involves ensuring proper operation of building mechanical systems, managing renovation projects, coordinating maintenance activities, and providing support during emergencies, among other responsibilities.
Requirements: Minimum requirement of Bachelor’s Degree in related field and three years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience; demonstrated understanding reading architectural drawings and blueprints; proven record of outstanding customer service skills; developed computer skills using various Microsoft programs; strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate services, projects, and people; ability to work with specialty hand and power tools
