Position: Yacht General Manager

Requirements: A Hospitality Management Degree preferred with relevant luxury hospitality leadership experience, advanced certifications or diplomas a plus; Minimum of 7-10 years in similar hospitality leadership roles, with 5 years in a senior leadership role; Proven experience in luxury yacht or cruise line operations as a Hotel Manager or GM; Demonstrated record of successful leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence; Fully versed in Hospitality operational systems and technology; Willingness to live and work onboard the Yacht for extended periods, with travel to international destinations.
