About: The Wynn Resorts, a renowned hospitality company, is seeking a Daylife and Nightlife Apprentice Bartender/Marketing Model to join their team. The role involves providing exceptional guest service in line with Forbes 5 Star Standard rating and adhering to company standards.
Requirements: Minimum of 21 years of age; Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in a high-volume beverage or nightclub setting; Must be able to communicate in English with guests and other team members; Must be able to work efficiently within a team environment; Must have the ability to withstand high temperatures, heat, and sun; Must adhere to both company and department specific policies and procedures; Embrace company culture and take pride in the resort and amenities; Consistently maintain a well-groomed appearance, posture, and hygiene deemed appropriate
