Position: Workplace, Operations Manager – Salt Lake City

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 4+ years of management experience or related project management experience; 4+ years of property and/or facilities management; strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments, work collaboratively; strong organizational and planning skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects, and ever-changing priorities; strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, FLS, plumbing, etc.) is strongly encouraged; strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of budget tracking & maintenance.
