Requirements: 6+ years progressive experience in facilities management, workplace operations, or a related field; experience managing a team; ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure with attention to detail; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; track record of designing and implementing effective processes; experience leveraging people software for outcomes and programs; knowledge of industry best practices; ability to balance details and the big picture; good judgment in handling sensitive situations; experience scaling operations; experience supporting company culture through programs and events
