Requirements: 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in facilities planning; Basic knowledge of MEP, HVAC, and building trades; Experience with CAFM and CMMS systems; Understanding of BOMA and ADA requirements; Ability to interpret floor plans and construction documents; Proficiency in Google Suite and related systems; Strong detail-orientation and organizational skills; Excellent interpersonal communication skills; Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects; A passion for delivering exceptional customer service; Onsite presence is required; Positive attitude and willingness to learn
