Position: Workforce Management Specialist
About: This position is with a company focused on delivering meaningful Workforce Management solutions to support business objectives. The role involves advanced system configuration, data analysis, and providing cross-functional support for projects. The position aims to drive initiatives for cost savings, process efficiencies, and visualizations to align with business models. Collaboration with Information Technology is key to ensure systems meet business needs and to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements: Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field; Experience: 5 years relevant experience or equivalent; Computer Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools with special emphasis on Excel. Experience with database query/reporting tools and Workforce Management, especially scheduling and time and attendance using SAP/HR and/or UKG (formerly Kronos) is highly valued; Special Skills: Comfortable working independently, collaborating with resources for project completion, delivering high-quality work, background in Project Management, passion for learning, familiarity with Workday and human resources (not required but valued), team player.
