Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science or related field; Five years of experience within Supply Chain, preferably within a food, pharmaceutical, or consumer products company; Setting and achieving departmental financial goals and productivity agendas; Proven problem-solving skills, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma; Leading change and/or continuous improvement efforts; Leadership of significant projects having high business impact; Working with FDA and other regulatory agencies; Leadership of compliance, GMP or HACCP processes; Working knowledge of Environmental, Health and Safety issues and regulations
