Requirements: Leadership experience in the hospitality industry, especially in a la carte service; experience in developing and implementing training programs for Bartender, Servers and other restaurant staff; great knowledge of beers, wines and spirits; proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems; college degree in hospitality, business or related field
