Requirements: Minimum of 6 months of wok-cooking experience preferred; Knowledge of HACCP standards required; Ability to work in varied kitchen temperatures and stand for up to nine hours; Exceptional skills in handling ingredients and quality control; Basic math and measurement calculations associated with recipes required; Ability to lift objects weighing up to 30 lbs repeatedly; Must be able to adapt to new menu items and cooking techniques
