Requirements: Proven experience with 2-5 years of professional work experience, high-volume cooking experience, and expertise in Asian cuisine; Culinary mastery demonstrating in-depth knowledge of wok cooking techniques like stir-frying, deep frying, steaming, and Asian flavor profiles; Diverse menu preparation skills encompassing various dishes like stir-fried noodles, rice, vegetables, meats, seafood, and curries with a focus on perfect flavor and texture balance; Speed and efficiency in working quickly and productively during high-volume demands without compromising food quality or safety; Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper storage of ingredients, utensils, and equipment; Ability to handle pressure, multitask efficiently, and ensure timely meal preparation while upholding quality standards and communicating effectively with kitchen staff for smooth operations; Reporting skills to communicate operational needs, equipment issues, or kitchen improvements to management.
