Position: Wine Waiter
About: Join our luxury cruise ship team as a Wine Waiter and elevate the dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will assist guests in selecting the perfect wines to accompany their meals while maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction onboard.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Wine Waiter in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel; Extensive knowledge of different types of wines, regions, and vintages; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid alcohol service certification; Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
