Responsibilities include promoting trust and respect among associates, answering customer questions, offering product samples, informing customers of specials, recommending wine items, assisting with pairing, collaborating for wine tastings, maintaining product knowledge, ensuring safety standards, and reporting incidents accurately.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent; must be 21 years of age; retail experience; experience working with wine and beer; ability to handle stressful situations; effective communication skills; knowledge of basic math; pass wine test once employed
